Hotel rooms have become so affordable that they’re actually better than hotel rooms in the suburbs.
That’s according to a new report from research firm IBISWorld.
And they’re not only in big cities like Chicago, San Francisco and New York.
There are several reasons why the average hotel room costs less than the average suburban home or office room.
First, there are less amenities, IBISworld found.
There’s less privacy and less privacy is a good thing.
Second, there’s more room to maneuver.
This means that more people can fit in, and more rooms can be rented.
And third, rooms can get booked more quickly, IBISSworld found, with most people able to book in less than two weeks.
The good news is that hotel rooms are becoming increasingly affordable, IBAS says.
There are even rooms that you can rent for less than $500 a night.
And, IBRS says, there will be plenty of room for more people to move into the rental market, if not in the city itself.
